A mainstream cashback card rather than an ecosystem specialist: 5% on ten commonly-used platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, Zomato, Uber and others) with no minimum transaction to qualify, and 1% on everything else except fuel, rent, EMI, and wallet loads. Both tiers cap out at 1,000 CashPoints a month, so the accelerated rate stops mattering past roughly ₹20,000 of qualifying spend. A ₹1,000 joining fee is charged upfront with no current waiver, offset by a matching 1,000-point welcome bonus and an annual fee that waives itself above ₹1L yearly spend.

Verified against HDFC's official product page, the 20 Jul 2026 T&C, the FAQ PDF (6 Feb 2026), the dedicated lounge-voucher PDF, and Swiggy's Dineout T&C — all pulled [today's date]. Two open items: (1) card network (Visa/Mastercard/Diners) is unconfirmed — HDFC is known to rotate the variant, so verify against the admin form's Network dropdown before publishing; (2) the milestone lounge-access benefit is newer than some third-party writeups suggest — HDFC's own T&C notes the old unconditional quarterly lounge perk ended Dec 2023, and what exists now is a spend-gated either/or choice against the ₹1,000 voucher, not a standing benefit. Re-verify at the next content refresh, since HDFC has changed this card's earning structure at least once before (the 2.5%-on-all-online-spends version was live before the current 10-merchant structure).
